Refund Policy
Please review our terms and conditions below prior to purchasing. By purchasing customer understands and agrees to all terms and conditions.
Business Hours
Our business hours are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday-Friday Eastern Standard Time.
To ensure you receive orders in a timely manner please allow 3-5 business days for processing and 1-2 business days for packages to be scanned when it arrives at facility.

Please note: Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Orders that are placed after 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time will be processed the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday.
Please make sure you provide the correct mailing address for shipment. We don't want you to miss out on our amazing products! Double check and make sure you have put in the correct house/apartment number. The Nail Parlor will not send out a new package due to an incorrect/incomplete address.

Order Status
Here at the Nail Parlor we work extremely hard to fulfill your order and we know our shipping facility, USPS is working just as hard! Packages may be delayed beyond our control. Please allow time for a correct, updated status or contact USPS for real time updates. Once a package leaves our fulfillment center it becomes property of the shipping company. The Nail Parlor does not have any control over carriers. We are only able to provide information that is already in your tracking information. We would love to but cannot manage or change how carriers handle packages once it is dropped off at the shipping facility, during transit, or delivery. Issues related to your shipment can only be assisted by contacting USPS.

Please note: The Nail Parlor is not responsible or to be held liable for any shipping issues including but not limited to delivery delays, missing, stolen/lost or damaged packages.

Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final.

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted only if an item arrives damaged. Items are only eligible for a return or exchange if it is sent back in its original packaging without a broken seal (acrylic powders are sealed for your protection). Please send a return request along with a photo with the damaged item to Support@thenailparlor.co. If your request is accepted we will gladly send a replacement!

Any products that are used, opened, have a broken seal, or not in its original packaging will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

The Nail Parlor is unable to process orders that are deemed high risk. If your account has been associated with previous disputes and or chargebacks your order will be cancelled immediately.
